At Pink Boutique, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside the parcel to help us process your request faster.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
